Q: When can I expect my delivery?
A: King of Crates is aiming to get your order to you within 7 working days, unless indicated differently & depending on stock levels in our warehouse. Note: the estimated delivery times will be stated with every product.

Q: I haven’t received all the items I have ordered.
A: All fruit crate orders will be packed in parcels of 3 crates. If for example you have ordered more than 3 crates, you can expect more than 1 parcel. It is therefore possible not all parcel will be delivered at the same time but on different days. If you are still waiting for the remaining parcels of your complete order 48 hours after receiving the 1st delivery, please keep an eye on the Track & Trace provided to you. Alternatively, contact our UK Customer Service on 01935 815213, Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm. We are happy to find out more for you.

Q: How long will it take for my order to get to the UK?
A: Every delivery can take up to 4- 7 working days from processing your order. You will receive a confirmation + an estimated delivery time via e-mail.

Q: Which courier service will deliver my ordered item(s)?
A: Our main courier service is DPD but in some cases we might also use DHL. Your Track & Trace will mention which partner will deliver your goods.

Q: My Track & Trace doesn’t work
A: There is a chance the Track & Trace isn’t working immediately. Possible reasons may be that the distribution depot hasn’t scanned your item(s) in yet. If Tract & Trace still isn’t showing any details 48 hours after you have received your confirmation of order, please feel free to contact our UK Customer Service on 01935 814141. Monday – Friday from 9 am – 5 pm. We are happy to find out more information for you. Please keep your order reference at hand when phoning us.

Q: Can I collect fruit crates in the UK?
A: Yes you can. Your fruit crates can be collected from our Customer Service office in Sherborne – Dorset. Please phone us on 01935 814141 to make an appointment for collection. Alternatively we can notify you when your order has arrived and discuss a time convenient to you.

Q: How are the shipment fees calculated?
A: All charges are based on weight & size of our products

Q: Which other services does King of Crates have to offer?
A: We offer a wide range of crates from used to new handmade wooden crates. Crate furniture, storage solutions and much more. Available in various colours, sizes and additional extra’s. Vertical & upright designs, 1 or 2 shelves, duo colours, caster wheels etc. For some there will be an additional charge and others will have all the extra’s already included in the price.

Q: How do I place an order?
A: We have made it really easy to place an order. Click on your preferred items & they will be added to your shopping trolly. Before going to the check out, please double check the quantity & type of crate. Log into your account with your saved details. If you haven’t made an account yet, there is plenty of time to still do that. Choose your preferred payment option, click submit & your order is on its way to us.

Q: Can I change my order after I have submitted it?
A: No, unfortunately that won’t be possible. However you can cancel your order providing your ordered goods haven’t already been collected from the warehouse. If it happens to be the case and you don’t want to keep your ordered items, you are welcome to return them to our UK based Customer Service office in Sherborne – Dorset. Please phone us to discuss the return on 01935 814141. Monday – Friday from 9 am – 5pm. We are happy to sort this out in the best way we can.

Q: Can the lights in the fruit crates be replaced?
A: We sell some crates that include lights. They are easy to replace. If for some reason the lights are not working on arrival or stop working within 2 month of your purchase, please contact our UK Customer Service on 01935 814141. Monday – Friday from 9 am – 5 pm. We are happy to replace the lights free of charge for you.
